Shipping Policy
Processing time is the length of time between when an item is ordered and when it is shipped. Eg. 1-3 business days means it will take 1-3 days to prepare an item for shipping and can ship 1, 2 or 3 day(s) after the date the order was placed
Factors that may affect processing time include inventory levels, weekends and public holidays.

We ship within 1-2 business days after payment (weekends not included). Most items on Nomi Handmade are readymade and available to ship on the business day following the date that the order was placed.

Delivery within South Africa
We deliver nationwide using Aramex. A tracking number and link will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched.
MAJOR CENTRES - overnight on weekdays.
REMOTE/REGIONAL AREAS - 2-3 business days on weekdays.

Delivery Outside of South Africa
We ship anywhere in the world via the South African Postal Service. Typically, shipping takes 14-21 business days internationally. Due to unprecedented times, shipping can exceed these time frames. Unfortunately, once the package has been sent, it is out of our hands.
Adjusted shipping time - 21-28 business days.

Tracking is automatically included for shipping on all orders. On dispatch, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link where you can input it.
Returns, Exchanges and Refund Policy
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. However, we can assist with an exchange.

If your Nomi Handmade online purchase does not meet your satisfaction, you may return it, unused and in its original packaging, within 7 days of delivery. We will process the exchange and ship the replacement item free of charge.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items to Nomi Handmade on all exchanges.
