African Fabric Jewellery-Making Workshop - Private Group
About the Workshop
We will get to know each other over a beverage and some local beats. We will also get acquainted with a proudly South African fabric called shweshwe, which I'll show you how to manipulate into bold and bright jewellery pieces- a necklace and a bracelet, both wearable souvenirs to take home. **What's included** All jewellery-making materials (including authentic shweshwe fabric, rope, and metallic embroidery floss), use of professional tools, step-by-step guidance, and bottled water. What's not included All inclusive Itinerary Meet and greet. Learn about Nomi Handmade and the history of shweshwe. A hands-on demonstration of how to make the jewellery pieces. Photo op.
