The Oneneho necklace is the first piece to be birthed from the Moxima x Nomi collection. This playful statement wearable gets its name from the Kimbundu word for flower for its petal-like design.
Using a wrapping technique in a contrasting thread colour, the shweshwe fabric is manipulated to form several loops which, together, create an array of petals.
The print seen here Nomi Handmade lovingly calls polkadots for its red and white spotted pattern. The bib part is made from unprinted shweshwe base fabric in indigo blue.
A metal-clasp makes this bib neckpiece easy and convenient to put on and take off. Wear it to add colour to and complete any outfit – casual or formal.
